psg college of arts and science. marksheet issue delay

I am Rajkumar, roll no:17BHM033 last year's batch. I have completed my final year project viva exam online on june22nd 2021 along with my junior students. Although my junior students got their results and marksheets, I haven't received yet. It has been three months . I am unable to join my master's degree .Kindly respond ....
