Dress fraud

Address:Basement-1 sohel building rampura opposite garden mil main road Surat 395003

I had ordered a dress from them and they told me that they will send a delivery guy if I didn't like the product and I could return and get my money back but the person stopped picking our calls and also he has switched off his number. Please help me get my money back...
