I have made payment through razorpay gateway on the ragecoffee website using QR code, the amount got deducted from my bank but did not get credited to receiver's bank and no order was placed....

I placed an order from the website four days ago and I received an email mentioning that my order has been confirmed and I will be further notified via email when my order will dispatch but I never got any further information from the Rage Coffee. I tried contacting their customer care helpline number but the automated voice always say that all their customer care executives are busy and when I tried to contact them through email I got no...

Rage Coffee is a fraud... everyday it advertises that there is "10% off only for today" and get a coffee frother free with every order-"Offer is only for today"...
