I have made transaction to badabro loan app and amount is debited and successful but merchant side amount not received. Please refund my amount 346 .

I have paid the health insurance of clinikk Rs 800 through googlepay . The amount is deducted from my account but not reflected in clinikk health insurance payment but where the amount is debited and not credited to my account nor health insurance account. but it shows that payment that airtel has requested money then my amount has deducted from my account and not received for clinikk health insurance how do I refund the amount to my account. please refund the amount which has been deducted by [protected]@mairtel.
