I ordered shoes from this redtapeindia company. But due to size issue i returned the product but didn't get the refund even after 18 days. They mailed me about processing the refund in my bank account but its not done. Now they are not responding to my mails and the number which was available before for customer care is not available.please help me with this.

I bought a pair of shoe on 23rd Sep, 2021 from Red tape. Just after 3 days pasting of shoes removed so i visited at redtape store to replace the product as its just 3 days been and pasting removed. Instead of replacing they just fix it and returned me back. after 2.5 month pasting removed back and I approached to redtape store on 19th Dec, 2021 to replace the pair. but they are not doing it.

at the 2nd time, I approached to Redtape shoe was under warranty but now as on today these are out of warranty.
