They ask me to register on Shine services with Rs. 10/- charges and they will update and forward my CV to compamies where opening is availble. They suggest registation site as...

I got a call from [protected] (shine.com paid services). They asked to pay Rs. 10 for some paid service. So i clicked on 'make payment' option and Rs. 10, 000/- got debited. Please help....
