Dear Sir
I am resident of A-26, Flat no. FF1, SLF Ved Vihar, Loni Ghaziabad U. P. 201102. Sewer connecting by our building is overflowing and water is comming back to our building. It is over flowing because whole drainage system has been blocked and and not cleaned since more than three years. All the empty plots around our building is full of drain water. No action has been taken by local minister or authority even after lot of written as well as verbal compliants.
So, this is my humble request to kindly address this complaint at top most priority as soon as possible and make arrangements to clean and repair the same.

I am a resident at, c block gali no -18, bhajanpura, delhi.
One of building which number is c-445 don't have any water meter here and they waste a lot of water cleaning the road, bikes, cars etc also there water overflows from their tanks all time as that building has separate flats for each family no one cares how they are wasting water as they do not have to pay for their usages.
They give bribe to those jal board people who came for reading so that they are enjoying free of cost water and wasting too.

As we all are in critical situation and the world is suffering with water crisis, here people are wasting it like anything.

Please do something about it.

This is to inform that we are facing lot of water supply issue in our area. We have been regularly paying the bills about 600₹ to 700₹ every month.
Earlier the supply was for weekly twice or thrice. Now we don't get water even after calling bwssb helpline number, whenever we call them they says various reasons like
1. There is some airout problem in line we will rectify it soon.
2. Others are not complaining only you are complaining. (Wherein here everyone are not getting water in kuppan street and everyone have visited and complained)
3. Now the latest reason is borewell has been installed in the area so they would have damaged the pipes etc etc.. Hence all the area members should go and complaint to the main office in frazer town.
4. Today they said a new reason that there will be a shutdown for next 3days they can't do anything.

Request to the concerned department or person help us and rectify the issue asap.

We need water.

Kindly take the necessary action and resolve this issue we are complaining from past 3 months. No one are taking initiative.
Pls do the needful.

Illegal construction is going on street, they are trying covered the whole street from ground floor to 5th floor, when neighbours tried to object on construction they threatened them. They are doing it with out any authorization and they dont have right to do it and it can be a big problem for others who are living in neighouberhood, so i please request you to have a look of this mess which they created illegaly, thank you.

There is a lady veena madaan living in j-11/15, rajouri garden new delhi 110027 who burns her household wood frequently. This wood burns for more than an hour and as a result smokes up our houses. Whenever we try to tell her to not burn in front of our homes she fights and argues meaninglessly. We have even begged her and joined hands in front of her to not burn wood unneccsary as it creates air pollution. But she does not care. It has become hard to breathe and our eyes burn because of the wood she burns. Please help swacha bharat. Only your measures can save us from this air pollution and land pollution.

They are making 5 th floor without permession.. Kindly take some action.. We live on back side and their water is flowing from tanks and they are not doing anything of it. They have not taken permession making 5 th floor without our permession.. Kindly take strict action towards them to avoid ा।

Worst service ever. Have been following up on my compliant for the door lock but in vain. They provide service managers numbers, which either are switched off or no one responds. Disgusting service. My. Complaint no.[protected]. However, there is one major development in my case, the moment i call and give my complaint id they put me on a never ending hold... And after every 2 to 3secs pause to check if iam still on the call and after 15mins or so it goes mute... Frustrating... Their customer calls are recorded wonder who hears them... K NO [protected] Dear Madam/Sir, I am a resident of Siddhartha Extension New Delhi - 110014. I have received my Bill amount as 8782/-for 85 days from 06th May 2014 till 30th July 2014.. I tried to lodge a complaint regarding fast meter and improper billing and visited the Delhi Jal Board office in Jal Vihar, New Delhi. I met the officials sitting there but they made one or the excuses and tried to play the blame game. They tried to convince me by saying that they have given out the contract of fixing new meters to SPL and so they are not responsible for faster meter billing and so if I have any issues then instead of making complaint here, I should approach them. Here I would like to mention that from past so many days I have been travelling and the house has been locked, therefore, the consumption cant be that much what DJB is showing. From almost many years I have been getting approx. 500-600 billing but this bill I have received shows meter reading unit as 188 for 85 days from 06th May 2014 till 30th July 2014. I have already submitted the payment on online but believe me I have been facing a lot of mental harassment and torture from the day I have received the bill. But just because I did not want to undergo any further harrassment from DJB I have submitted the payment. I would be obliged if you kindly check the meter and kindly see to it that I am not further harassed from DJB and therefore would request you to kindly take immediate action in this regard. In bathroom the water tank support iron rods is not in good condition. They are junked which could be dangerous for any individual at home, especially for children’s. Many times we have made a complaint to CPWD Sewa Call Center but still problem is not being resolved. The water tank get overflow every time during the water timings and that gets accumulated at bathroom floor, which start dripping continuously. Second the varanda windows Glass pane is also broken and during the rain, water drips inside the room. This complaint is also not looked into. I request your kind co-operation to assist me to stop the leakage & change the water tank iron rods, change the windows glass pane amicably and take stand on this issue in a week time or at the earliest. Hi, This is to bring your attention to the fact that, a tree has come to an age where it can fall any day due to strong wind and it can hurt nearby or can cause property damage as well. We asked number of times to remove this tree as it can be dangerous any day. Also it is obstructing way for passer by. To add to this, owner also growing number of trees and plants without any permission and occupying lot of space in unauthorized manner. I would like you to bring to your kind notice the increase in number of stray dogs in our apartment complex. We are residing in SAMAJ KALYAN APTS IN VIKASPURI F-BLOCK SOCIETY, NEW DELHI. THERE ARE COUPLE OF STRAY DOGS INSIDE THE APARTMENT COMPLEX AND NOW THEY ARE ALSO BREEDING. ITS SOMETIMES NOT SAFE TO WALK INSIDE THE COMPLEX AS THERE ARE COUPLE OF INCIDENTS OF DOGS BITING THE KIDS. THIS IS GETTING ANNOYING TOO MUCH AS THEY START TO BARK AROUND MIDNIGHT AND THIS GOES ON FOREVER. THE APARTMENT MANAGEMENT IS NOT DOING ANYTHING REGARDING THE SAME. PLEASE DO SOMETHING AND PROVIDE US A PEACEFUL AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT.

Good day. We have repeatedly informing you about the problem that we are facing. We got a positive reply that our complaint has been received by you and reviewing it. But so far, nothing has been materialised. Therefore we earnestly request you to kindly intervene at the earliest and solve our problem.
The sewarage is being connected thro' house to house of 1956 model houses situated at Garib Nagar known earlier and later renamed after Prakasham Pantulu Garu as Prakasham Nagar.
Our Municipal Number is 1-8-639 of 120/2 R.T. Prakasham Nagar. We do not have any arrears due to GoAP. The owner of the house late Shri A. Venkateswarlugaru was prompt of govt.debts. As wife of late Shri Venkateswarlugaru I do follow his principles.
But this drainage problem is irksome since the neighbour absolutely do not allow us nor the officials of sewarage to see what exactly went wrong. The house has a huge trunk of Mango tree beneath is the pipeline. The main channel is in different house. We requested them to allow the personnel of yours to do the needful. They were kind enough to do so. How long we have struggle sir. Kindly look into the matter and clear off the drain and advise what to do to minimize the problem. OK.

We are facing problem from a Family residing above us name as Mr. Gupta for the past 3 years for water leakage from his Bathroom floor. Our residence location is 4/3, Ghosalkar Chawl, Inside Siddhivinayak Soc, L M Road, Kandarpada, Dahisar (West), Mumbai – 400068.

We have asked Mr. Gupta to do some repair work at his resident to stop this leakage from past 3 years now and he has not done any repairs till date. The conditions in our house due to this leakage have become worse and lots of goods have been damaged. The last interaction we had with Mr. Gupta to do the repair. He told that “If I clean the whole floor of my house with water you will face leakage problem every where in your house”. And lastly he told us angrily “I am not going to do any repairs here. Do what ever you want. If you want to do police complaint you can do. I don’t care.”

I would like to lodge a complaint against Mr. Gupta for not making any repairs on this leakage. I would also request you to please take some action against him as we are facing lots of damages due to this leakage. The condition has become worst in our house on those leakage areas.

Also we want to do some repairs in our house and we are unable to do this unless this leakage is been stopped.

Request you to take some action against Mr. Gupta and ask him to do the repairs immediately and help us out from this situation.

Please help us to settle this complaint.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had paid an amount of rs 199 for the annual subscription of Hindustan Times. The chq was debited to my account. Sigma Courier a company employed by Hindustan Times for the delivery if the coupon booklets to the subcribers visited my place and found it locked on[protected] and they left a missed you slip. i called them at their tel. no. 42017000 and i was asked abt the area of the residence. i gave the lady who answered my call and was told to contact at [protected] and inquire abt the details of the delivery of the coupons. i called that number and was told that the delivery boy shall visit my residence after 7.30 pm on 22nd and i waited for him but he did not turn up. i once again called up the 42017000 number several times and got no response from them. i have been following up everyday with them but they say that they shall get back to me but i have yet to hear from them. today the 24th i called up the 42017000 number at 10 in the morn and a lady told that she shall after inquiring revert back to me within an hour. so when i did not get a call till 1 pm i again called up [protected] and this time a man picked up the phone and he said that he shall call me back in 20 minutes. when i did not get a call till 5.30 pm i once again called up 42017000 and a lady picked up the phone to say that the letter had been returned not delivered as the house was locked. she said that the same will be delivered tomm. i told her that we cannot sit for the courier boy to come as nobody is at home the whole day. i am sorry to say that Sigma express Courier is one of the courier company i have come across as they do not have qualified persons who respond to the complains as they do not even understand english. pls change the courier company as it harms the image of your newspaper.

No action seems to have been taken on my three complaints made in r/o House No.494-Kohat Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi-34 who have build their house completely unauthorisedly. Please look into the matter and take suitable action.

Shall any suitable action be taken against the residents of House No.494-Kohat Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi-34 who have covered the street area of more than 8 feet x 28 feet approximately causing humiliation to others in the street. They have not only covered on the front side but also the back side of the lane. Is it not the violation of Rules and Regulations made by the MCD or all these rules and regulations are made for the honest people who abide by them. Please look into the matter urgently and take appropriate action against the defaulters.

I am a resident of Hiranandani Estate, Off Ghodbunder Road, Thane(w).
I have owned a flat in a building by name "Casa Marina" on the second floor.
Hiranandani has started construction of another building opposite to our building and the drainage water is diverted from its original route. In fact, the drainage system has been worst and ignored.

Because of this construction activity the drainage is being diverted.
This diversion is creating stagnation of water and thereby becoming a best for breeding mosquitos happily.

We are suffering from all kinds of illness because of these mosquitos and the odour.

I request you to direct the management of hiranandani to cover up the drainage and see to it they provide free flow to the drainage water.

It is good our government has constructed drainage system on the roads to facilitate the wastage water to run away to one place. But due to selfishness, some body break that concrete side wall and the whole road only to connect their pipeline to this system without informing to municipal corporation and constructing that concrete side wall with bricks. This spoils the whole system when rainy season comes and moreover there is difference between concrete and brick wall. When i asked, they said you do whatever you want and road is not yours. sir i am from rajouri garden in our area people throwing the waste of there house on roads and there is no mcd action on them.they construct there house and the waste is throwing on the roads.some of them are having there house waste spreading on the road which damage the roads and also smelling.i request you to take action on them and made our colony a better place to live.

I have Dilip Gas Agency Connection and the service provided by this distributor is worst i have ever seen. There is a phone booking service for the Refilling of cylinders. But the number provided by the Dilip Gas Agency is not answered.

I have called them some 100 times at different timings & different days but all in vain. They want the people to visit their outlet and book at their counter. This is causing great inconvenience to the people & they take the advantage of this by selling the gas in black market.

The gas cylinders when booked are delivered after 15 days & they sell the cylinders in black market at 2times the original cost. There is no controlling body to monitor them.

"PHONE REFILLING PHONE NO. IS NOT ANSWERED".

If such thing continues then this will create a great problems in the later stage.. as the domestic gas will be short & will be sold in black market for the commercial use. I have no idea about how this online posting will help in solving the problem but this is an effort from my side..

Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to the electricity bills since installation of electronic meters. The above meter is in the name of Somnath Karihaloo vide connection no. K.No.: 2610 H828 019 3 and CRN No.: [protected] R/o 167-Rajouri Appt, Mayapuri New Delhi-110064. We have been receiving electricity bills far in excess of actual consumption. Inspite of lodging complaints from time to time no action has been taken. In this connection reference is invited to the latest bill for the period of 16.06.2009 to 24.08.2009, the bill amount is Rs 12,250.00. Since the time the electronic meter was installed we we have been receiving hefty bills. A total of 2771 units have been shown consumed for 69 days,working out 40 unitsThis shows my full agreement load 4.78 KW is in operation for 8 to 9 hours per day. This is highly ridiculous. The excessive billing is due to faulty electric meter. I am domestic consumer and my electric consumption is very low. Therefore you are kindly requested to please correct/rectify the meter and amend the bill so that I can able to make the payment immediately.

Dear Sir/Madam:

We are residing at 1531, 26th Main, 2nd Sector, HSR Layout, Bangalore - 560102. For the past several days (about a month), the water supply to a few houses on 26th Main is affected. This is a repeat problem of last year wherein the engineers and the linemen came and inspected and promised that they had fixed the problem. It is now the same problem and the linemen now say that there is not enough pressure, so they cannot do much about it. These linemen came in last week, inspected and informed us that they are helpless. By the way, the problem is restricted to a few houses on 26th Main only. Water supply to the 2nd Sector of HSR Layout is normal and is supplied 3 times a week.

The temporary solution of providing tankers is not helping at all. Everytime our sump gets empty, it is a horrendous task to plead the BWSSB officials at HSR Layout and get the tanker to our house. Last few times, I had to get the request routed through the PRO’s office. Only then they responded and provided water via the tanker.

The officials at the BWSSB, HSR Layout are very rude, careless and unprofessional. People who bribe always get preferential treatment whereas some o[censored]s who are trying to fight the corrupt and weak system are the victims. The apathy shown to us as well as the way they ignore our requests is simply not excusable. Some action has to be taken against these officials. We have called the office several times and logged in official complaint twice. They only promise but do not deliver. We strongly feel that the excess water supply is getting diverted to several apartments in the vicinity who pay a heavy bribe to get their work done.

Can you please help fix this problem permanently?
