Dear Team,

I have Booked my Revolt RV 400 on October -21 and cancelled it on 14th Jan -23 because till then they did not delivered Bike for which the promised time was March 2022 slot. I have waited till now 05.05.23 but as i didn't get my refund back, In between I called Revolt CC many times and got only one answer "You will get refund in next 7-8 days"
Revolt CC team asked me for the details of my booking and account...

I have Booked my Revolt RV 400 on October -21 but we didnt received deliver till Jan 2023 so we have cancelled it on 14th Jan-23. I have waited till now 05.05.23 but as i didn't get my refund back, In between I called Revolt CC many times we get answer like you will get refund in next 7-8 working days
Revolt CC team asked me for the details of my booking and account number to credit the refund amount manually and I did the same. I waited again

I called multiple times to revolt CC ([protected]) but I didn't get my refund back. its been 3 months now and I am still unpaid.

No one is entertaining us for the refund and the approach is very pathetic by the Revolt Team

I have Booked my Revolt RV 400 on 25th April -22 and cancelled it on 12st December-22 because till then they did not delivered Bike for which the promised time was Jun-Jul 2022 slot. I have waited till now 29.04.23 but as i didn't get my refund back, In between I called Revolt CC many times and came to know that there is Razorpay Issue for the booking amount refund.
Revolt CC team asked me for the details of my booking and account number to credit the refund amount manually and I did the same. I waited again, Then I went to Revolt Baner dealership for the complaint and haven given a written mail complaint for my refund.

I called multiple times to revolt CC ([protected]) but I didn't get my refund back. its been 4 and half months now and I am still unpaid.

No one is entertaining us for the refund and the approach is very pathetic by the Revolt Team.
