I have purchased rpm carbon 717 treadmill in october 2021 and it stopped working since 3 months after complaints a technician visited to check the product and took with him motor and pcb as they need to replaced but since then whenever i enquire about this i was told they will be replaced within 2 weeks which did not happen...

Three months ago, I purchased RPM 600 (30LBS flywheel) from this company, but only few days later it started developing problem.After several call and explaining, technician visited twice to find out it was AXEL WHEEL manufacturing defect Since then now the bike is only occupying space in my already tight room, standing uselessly. This is causing me immense frustration and mental stress...
