I have booked a flat in rudra aquacasa tower 4 on 4th floor. I paid almost full amt. But now not getting any response. What should I do ?

I bought a flat under CLP plan in tower 7 of Rudra Aquacasa located in GH-05 GN-West and made a full payment by the end of 2019. I visited the site last month as i was doing bi-annually but this time there was no construction work going on and moreover the locals said that its not happening for the past 3-4 months on enquire more about it it was found that the owners of the company are in jail under fraud case.
Now all i need is a guidance to file my compensation case in court as i fear of losing all my hard earned money for which i am still paying EMIs to ICICI bank.
