I had ordered an air pods on September 2 nd and it's been 3 weeks and not delivered the product . Please let the money be refunded (₹285/-)....

Not getting delivery confirmation yet

On 1st July 2022, I placed a order of travel bags in rumaq. in website. I paid 819 rupees through payumoney. Still I didn't get any confirmation message or any shipping details from rumaq. in website. I am kindly requesting you to refund my money or deliver my order......
