I have took loan of 9000, which i need to pay 11683 and which i have paid the 11683 before due date. But they have charged extra 11687 from my account on same day and when i raised complaint to customer service, they sent me email that the amount has been initiated and will get refund back, but still its more than 7days now and still didnt received my money.

Please take action against them and refund my 11687 back...

I have already close my loan on yesterday .But Rupeereede also deduct today 30750/- pls reverse it on priority basis to my bank account.

My mother was expired and we need cash urgency .As a special case I was request them to reverse it.

If it is not reverse I need to take complaint to FESERVE BANK OF INDIA PORTAL ABT MY DOUBLE PAYMENT
