Invested 1.5L in S Kumar's, he flew with the money and none of his branches are responding. How can I get back money now?...

I had invested in S Kumar jewellers gold scheme for more than one and half years, but due to pandemic the installments got delayed and when during pandem age one by one the shops where opening S Kumar jewellers was still closed and never eat opened neither I got any response from them for collecting our invested amount or gold. Shop remain close till the day.
I belong to middle class family and after a lot of suffering and sacrifice...
