I have made a transaction of Rs 400 for getting the degree certigicate from BRABU University Bihar,
My transaction id is[protected] and my requestor id is[protected]. While fetching the details by entering requester id it shows payment failure but i have got the mail of transaction successful and amount has been debited.

My name is Rajnish Kumar and I was filling the form of ₹ 1005 on 21st June and through subpaisa.in I had given that money to the Bihar Combined Competitive Entrance Examination Board, that board refunded my money for some reason but still all the money That money has not been replied by me in my account

I call thousand times but they did not pick up my call, my money is being made fun of, I am being forced to inform the cyber cell.
