I have paid Rs 1196.00 on 30/12/2021 for online purchasing of dry fruits thru payu. But there is no any communication from the supplier till now. When I tried to communicate by sending mails to the addresses from whom I received the payment and order confirmation report, the mails bouced back saying that these addresses are incorrect or not available. Plese let me know what should do to get my money back....

I have poaid you 598 rupees towards supply of dry fruits through Pay u on 29/12/2021, but I didnt receive my orders so far.So please refund my money...

Ordered item not supplied nor heard anything for 15 days....

Date 29/12/2021 ₹299/- &₹299/- two transactions made online, the txn numbers are [protected] and [protected], paid through my sbi credit card. I did nt receive the products till date. My money may be refunded, if the dry fruits cannot be supplied...
