No Delivery of Earbuds inspite of paying money

Before 11 days I head ordered JBL 130TWS earbuds of rupees 199 which is not yet delivered, and there is no any reply from them. They had accepted the money in payU platform, and send an email for its successful transaction. But there is not a single expectations of the product to be delivered, is they don't give any reply.So kindly help in returning my money. And now even I can't see my ordered product in cart section....
