Satyaki maiti has cheated on me. I have paid him 1, 60, 000rs till now for my Andaman trip...

I am booking my tour with scintillating andaman ( mr. Satyaki maiti) 16 january 2023. He is fraud man. I gave him 20k as advance and he doesn't gave me flight ticket, he is giving only date and new date for send me flight ticket. Now he was not attend the call. Do not book tour with this cheater man.

I booked package (3july 2022) for travel date 27 October 2022 from company name Scintillating Andaman and owner name Satyaki Maiti and give him 10k advance for bookings . I chased him for one month to share hotel and flight details
but didn't shared then i decided to cancel my trip and asked for refund my advance.he agreeed and now making excuses daily . he is not giving my money back also not provided the tour. He is fraud person...
