I gave my driving licence test on 16.08.2022.I passed the exam.I got my virtual dl no on 30.08.22(almost after two weeks because the officer was on a two week holiday).But till now I have not got my printed driving licence card which in normal circumstances I should have gotten long ago.The concerned rto officer is purposely delaying the process of issuing my driving licence card for some unknown reason.This office is very slow in their work.So I request you to please look into the matter and take necessary steps.
