I have ordered 5 kurties from shanaya-kurties.myshopify.com on 19th june 2022 and i have paid 845 rs from paytm to this website and i haven't received product yet. Today when i have checked the website the website doesn't exist. So i have to file complaint against them and i want refund and compensation. I have paid through paytm and UPI id is UPI ID: paytm[protected]@paytm and the merchant name shown is Royal Menswear..the address of Royal...

Today when i have checked the website, the website doesn't exist. So i have to file complain against them. I want my money back. The shop name shown on paytm is royal menswear and UPI ID: paytm[protected]@paytm this is UPI ID shown on paytm... So this could be helpful to you to find them and please file complaint against them and refund my money
