The products which was supplied by shopdealclue.com was not the product that I ordered for sm-r170n, I received wrong product sm-r175 and the received product is not functioning properly, the one side wireless bud don't work at all so I have raised return request on 2nd feb, i have emailed them shopdealclue.[protected]@gmail.com multiple time but no response i have even raised complaint through these website too shopdealclue.com...

Sir, i purchased a boat airdopes 161 Bluetooth headset (olive green, true wireless ) on the website shopdealclue.com on 09/11/2023 ( order id #5685) but on 13/11/2023 i received boat airdopes 601 which is not same i ordered . Thereafter APPLY for return on that day, but they have not any responce even after two days . i also try contact on [protected], which is given on website, no responce . please solve my problem sir ....
