The most worst experience while travelling it it. I didn't suggest to anybody travelling in it. Very bad behaviour of attandant they are only in chance to earn money from traveller's. Ac is not working properly. Driver and attandant working only for commission.

    Address: Atrualia azamgarh

    Sir this ac is not working. Tell me what will we do, you have a 7 month old baby with us who is feeling so hot. And when the bus driver and the conductor are being told, they are refusing that this problem is coming in it, sir!
    And on calling no one is picking up the call.

      ​I would like to draw the attention towards the buses whose boarding point is from Nahariya Chauraha, Lucknow. Please note that there is no proper bus stand there and no announcement of buses are made or any team sitting to guide avaiablity of the Busses. It's the area which is very aloof and buses go every now and then. It is very hard and difficult to search and board the bus from there.

      I had to board the bus at 4.30 A.M. ​from Narahiya Chauraha, Lucknow​ (​​Bus Operator: ​​Shri Siddhi Vinayak Travels)

      Please note that I had booked the bus from Lucknow City to Atraulia, Azamgarh on 9th December 2021. Please note below the details of my journey:-

      Board day and time: 4.30 A.M. on 10th December 2021
      Boarding point: Nahariya Chauraha
      Drop Point: Atra
      Bus Operator: ​​​​ulia, Azamgarh
      Bus Operater No.: [protected], [protected], [protected].
      Ticket No. D6HH8ZPD (operator PNR: TS[protected]RUGR/24669/Delhi-Ballia 2)
      MakeMyTrip Bus ID: NU[protected]

      I had reached the spot at 4.18 A.M. and I called at all the three nos. provided by the bus operator (Refer attachment). In early morning due to various buses standing, I was unable to find the bus also because in the ticket no bus number was provided, due to which I could not Board the bus. Please also note that by 4.40 A.M. there were 2-3 buses only going to somewhere else.

      Please register my complaint about:-

      1. Giving three contact nos. for boarding and all the three nos. NOT picking up calls.
      2. Bus was prior booked then why the passenger was NOT contacted by the bus operator.
      3. No bus number was given on the ticket to be able to search the bus.

        I had booked a bus from Lucknow to Atraulia, Azamgarh on 10th December 2021.

        MakeMyTrip E-Ticket for Booking ID NU[protected].

        Neither bus no. Was given now any of the numbers given picked up the call- [protected], [protected], [protected]

        Due to which I was unable to board the bus.

        Please look into the matter and help in ensuring-
        1. No. Given is picked up
        2. Bus no. Or some reference no. should be given. Please note boarding point was Alambagh, Naraihriya Chauraha where there is no help desk to help a person board a bus.
        3. To call the passenger before leaving the bus.

        My main problem is all the three nos. After several calls didn't pick up the call.

        I want my refund.
