Product was changed, I was ordered to the Combo of Neckband CX-7.00+Earbuds UpBeat tat4205. But shutstores company send the product is headset (jbl). Please refund the money RS:1599/-...

I ordered combo of neckband live 200BT + Earbud Elite active 75t, But I received one Bass headphone via blue dart courier.

Could you please check and exchange to my product....

I placed a online order for Soni company bluetooth ear bass buds combo offer from shutstores site. Next day I got a confirmation message for order and next 4 days through blue dart courier company, I received my order and I paid him 1599/- through Google pay. But when I opened my order, it was totally different product which I selected. I complaint to the company through email which screenshot I attached here too. But there is no any action...

I have received wrong product...! How to I return this?? Help me

Shutstores.com is a false advertising website selling fake products. They have cheated me of 1600 rupees. There is no refund or return policy. Please help me get a refund. [protected]@gmail.com is the email they have given me . But no reply. It said the package deployed from gurgaon....
