Paid online to buy a product from the website and owner kept the money and refused sending it....

I recently made a purchase from a website (www.sixteeninches.com). I placed the order for Dymatize ISO100 on 3rd December 2022, but it got delivered on 26th December 2022 after I asked them to cancel the order. The product delivered does not seem to be genuine and may potentially be dangerous for consumption. I asked the company for clarification and if there is any way to check the authenticity of the product but haven't recieved any reply...

I have placed an order#20683 on March 24th 2022 for a product ANS Dilate and also prepaid rs.2464. After a month on April 26th 2022 they told that the product is not available so i requested for cancellation and refund, but it has been another month and they have not refunded my money back....

I ordered a product 2-3 weeks back. They said it’ll arrive in 5 days. No updates after 5 days. They keep postponing. I have repeatedly asked them for a refund and they keep ignoring my calls and messages....
