Hi Sir,

I booked my car in a transport service for transfer from Bangalore - Raisinghnagar(Raj.) with Sky Wing Logistics. Manoj Bateau from Sky Wing Logistics reached out to me after posting a query on movemycar website.

Niraj Singh from Sky Wing Logistics came to pick up my car on 3rd May, 22 for transporting it to Rajasthan. After a few days, Manoj Bateau called me that car is about to reach and make the remaining payment. I paid the remaining amount and then he asked for Rs. 2, 000/- extra. We paid that amount as well and it has been a week the car still has not been delivered.

Manoj Batau (skywing logistics) is not answering my calls and Niraj Singh(car driver) is saying that the car is parked in the Gurgaon Police station but I asked my relative to check and he did not find anything. The number of the car is RJ13CB2811.

1. I am Law Student from Hyderabad as I went to Delhi with friends for a trip on 22/07/2021.
2. As I went to Delhi my friend's uncle was selling his car which he was not using.
3. As I liked that car (Honda Amaze) I purchased it from him we are drove and used car in Delhi for few days, later when we were about to leave to my home I searched for transportation online.
4. As I entered my details in just dial I was getting calls from all the service providers, I spoke with all the people everyone where saying the other services are not so good.
5. Finally somehow i had to one service( skywing logistics) because that fellow gave his aadhar pan and his driving license.
6. He told me that he will deliver my car for 12, 000/- and it will be delivered within 7days, i handed over my car on 30/07/2021 and he told me that i need to pay 70% amount first and remaining 30% amount at the time of delivery so i paid 7000/- through online.
7.I came back to my home on 1/08/2021 as soon i reached my home i got a call from him and started asking me for money, i told as we spoke already the remaining amount will be paid after delivery of vehicle. But that person didn't listen and started calling me for money continuously after 4 days he told me i need to pay money for driver so please send me money otherwise ur car wont be delivered, after talking to him i agreed pay 3000/-.
8. After two days he calls me again asking money and sent a bill of 26000/- another bill and told me to pay the bill your car will be delivered otherwise forget your car.
9. Then i started getting doubt on him and told him i wont send single penny until i get my car, its been more than ten days i didn't get my car.
10. On 10/08/2021 went to CCS raised a complaint against him don't know what happens.
