Ordered 3 vapes and received defective items, customer support is not responding too, worse experience and scam website

Hello,

I'm from Australia and went to Kolkata for 4 weeks in December 2022.
Prior to my arrival I bought cigarettes online from these guys and asked them to deliver it to my sisters address.
2 cartons were rightly delivered and was paid for in cash, 1 carton was good and the other carton damaged. I smoked about 3 packets and threw out the other 7 as the tobacco was falling out of the paper. I did not complain.
I ordered another 8 packets and this time they sent the wrong cigarettes. I emailed and sent them the photos and asked for a refund as my holidays were coming to an end. They sent a courier to pick up the wrong cigarettes from my sisters home and did not refund me my money.
These people are real thieves and should be taken to task for duping consumers.
