I am writing to inform you of the deceptive/fraud practices conducted by the recruiter firm "M/S SPRENZA RECRUITMENT" in relation to a job placement opportunity with Deloitte organization.

On February 10th, I was approached by M/S SPRENZA RECRUITMENT for an interview, which was conducted telephonically by a member of the Deloitte team, after I paid an amount of 15k for job placement. Following the interview, I was informed of my selection for the Senior Manager Finance position at Deloitte, with a commitment to receive the offer letter within 15-20 working days.

On Feb10th, a staff member from Sprenza requested for educational document which I provided. Post all the document verification I received an email confirmation from Sprenza stating I have selected for the Senipr Manager finance post with 45% hike in Deloitte and there were 02 dates for joining i.e. 17 May and 25 June to which I confirmed 17 May 2024 as the joining. They confirmed that the offer letter would be received 3-4 days before the joining date. Despite assurances that the offer letter would be released 3-4 days before the confirmed joining date, I have been continually given excuses and delays. They also confirmed that incase they would not be able to provide the joining as stated then the 15K amount would be refunded. Today siting on 17 May 2024 there is no response from Sprenza and the contact number which was provided is now coming as Invalid. am left uncertain and apprehensive about the legitimacy of this process.

Given the lack of transparency and the repeated delays, I am compelled to take legal action against M/S SPRENZA RECRUITMENT for fraudulent activities. It is evident that their actions are in violation of ethical recruitment practices and have caused undue distress and inconvenience.
