However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Order no. 49736 was placed on 16.01.2022 for am amount of Rs.747/-. Order status always shows 'currently processing". Not responding to the mail given to the contact mail id..'info.[protected]@gmail.com customer care phone no. not given. Seems to be fake seller. Immediate action needed to remove the seller from online trading to avoid further cheating....

Sir., I ordered mosquito bat via stellakart e commerce platform @ 349rupees on date 13/1/22., order id 48797. when I track my order shows processing like that only, when I search customer care mobile number in this platform not available., so asked product status via their mail is info.[protected]@gmail.com. but there is no reply. Finally I suspect its fraud website, & my money will not come back... So kindly register my compliant and give...
