Two times transaction failed but one time got refund 2nd one did not get....

I tried to book rail tickets thru railyatri (Stelling Technologies), money deducted but transaction failed.
Money not got refunded back....

Booked four 3AC tickets in Uzhavan Express for onward journey from Chennai to Kumbakonam on 4th June 2023 and return from Kumbakonam to Chennai on 7th June 2023. Amount paid Rs.5586. The company sent message to reopen my IRCTC password page (https:app.rytr.in/MAkzT).
There were some problem and could not reopen the password page. It i s requested that the amount may be refunded to me at the earliest....
