I am a resident of Sadiq Nagar Govt. Accommodation. My neighbour's has adopted several cats. They generally keep one cat with them and rest are set free as stray cats. Our society has almost got 20-30 cats and all cats are products of this neighbours cats.

There are 4 to 5 cats who come to our terrace garden and make a mess. Our neighbor feeds them daily several times and refuses to stop. This practice is encouraging more cats to keep coming in.
