Ordered cat food from www.stuffycare.com on July 12 2022 (order number STU2865). However when I did not receive the order in August I requested for a cancellation. Even though the order is cancelled and it says it's refunded I haven't yet received the money even after 4 months. Request for a refund at the earliest.

Description:
Ordered Dog food on 3-Aug-2022 paid amount 640, on 4-Aug-2022 they took additional shipping charges 89, but order was never shipped and status of the order in tracking is always Pickup Exception, Every time they say you will receive order soon but till now I have not received the order and they are not refunding the amount as well.
