I had ordered a Midi dress from stylezoid online. However I received a cheap quality kurta instead of the dress. I raised a complaint immediately on their website n by email . Wrote many emails to them but no revert.

This is a cheap n fraudster company out to dupe people. Beware of them. My order ID is SZD3029.

I NEED THE PRODUCT I ORDERED OR MY MONEY BACK. PAID 800 RUPEES....

I ordered two western dresses through their ad on instagram. Got the delivery on 6th June by paying cash of 1349 rupees. When I opened the parcel, it was totally different products. I raised a complaint on their post on instagram but I haven't got any acknowledgenent. They seem to be duping people very conveniently. Xpressbees was their logistics partndr. Stylezoid is a fraud company. For every one ordering from them…please be cautious as they deliberately send wrong order so that you can call them back for refund. When I asked for exchange, they were pushing for refund and asked for UPI pin. They also asked me to download something called baseapp on my phone and put the 9 digit complaint number in the app on my phone. When I refused he got abusive. They are up to scamming people. I ordered a marble print green xxl dress. Today the delivery came n when I opened it it was a M size top. I feel cheated because can't contact them. Return policy is just name sake....

I placed an order for 2 dresses at the website of rs 1298 on[protected], order number SZD2807. I received a complete different dress than what it was ordered.. It was a outdated kurta and saree. Got cheated. Emailed them about the same however, didnt receive any response from their end.....

No phone or email is reachable! Feel completely cheated. Return shipping to be charged and made by consumer but wonder if that is a fake way to loose courier charges too!
There should be way such fraud...
