Sunny Maid Services Complaints & Reviews

I has requested for a housekeeping boy from sunny maid services. I made a payment of rs. 6000/- after which they said they will provide housekeeping boy in a day or two. Its been a week and nobody is answering my call nor responding to my mails. They said they will refund the money but no response. Today's date is 27/05/2019 and this incident occured a week prior. I need my money refunded asap.

A person came from sunny maid servcses name of mr. Rajesh gupta. He took rs 5000/- amount saying that for registration on july 24, 2017 and didnt send any of the maids for the service. Very worst services.. We called up several times no response from these people name of madam divya, mr. Rajesh gupta, madam sana khan, madam zoya. I think there names will be fake. As per them they were supposed to give back my money in 30 days as per the receipt if not providing maid in 2 days but they don't even answer calls.
I think there is big fraud racket in mumbai. I am going to plan to lodge a police complaint against that company and their staff.

I have registered with sunny maid services on 21 July 2016 for immediate basis maid hiring, they said they will going to provide it within 3 days but till today they haven't done anything .They are such disgusting people they don't even call from their side why there is delay .All girls from these office are only sweet talking untill they received payment after that no one bother to take responsibility of customer request.Now I am calling there for refund of my money every time they say some Pratibha Divhar lady who is responsinble to do these things is not present in office every time I called.

The company was supposed to provide maid services for our home. We deposited Rs 6000 as instructed by them in 1st week of June but no service was provided. They said they will refund the money but it is more than 3 months and even after a no. of telephone calls the money is not yet returned....
