I registered a service with Eureka Forbes, but people from Surekha Forbes called saying they are from Eureka Forbes. The technician came and changed the candles and said the pump is also not working, so he changed that as well and charged 10, 000.

Only after seeing the invoice, I came to know it is Surekha Forbes and not Eureka Forbes.

Now nothing is working and no one is pickup the phone.
