I ordered chocolates with order details below
I never got any response from email or WhatsApp. The company seems to be fraud and just take your money and then it’s complete radio silence afterwards. They just disappear. There is no way to contact them. Only WhatsApp where they never answer and the email which they don’t reply

But order is still showing processing and no update from customer care even after 20days plus since payment was made.

I paid Rs 2716 for 5 food items (Order# VLFTX), out of which, only 2 have been delivered so far. All attempts to contact customer service have failed. The phone number is unreachable or switched off, there is no response to email or WhatsApp queries. The products were to have been delivered by the 7th of February. However, it is the 10th now and the complete order has not been fulfilled till date. I am still waiting for 1 kg Besan laddoos SKU (Rs 799), Fantastic Rice Crackers Honey and Soy 100gm (Rs. 249) and Frito Lay's corn chips 311gm (Rs 570).

I ordered Nescafe gold organic arabita cofee of 830 rs. from Swadindia on 21st Oct 2023. I have not yet received my order. They are not responding to my mails.
Please refund my amount .

I placed an order for imported chocolates and soan papdi. I wanted to make a few changes to the order so I emailed them but they didn't reply. No response on calls or whatsapp number as well. Mails also unresponsive. Lost 2300 rs. Should file a complaint against these fraudsters. They are even running ads to dupe customers.

I am complaining about the swad India and the amount of money is 2923 they are not returning to my message and mails
