Still nothing after a formal complaint, my money is stuck, seems like a fraudulent website !! Heights

I have made an order for Barcelona jersey size M on 6th June 2024. I have attached a picture of the email I received as the confirmation order. The order is prepaid and it's been 16 days I still haven't received the order. I cannot track the order as well. I've texted their number on whatsapp multiple times as well but no response. I've even mailed them but again no response.
Please do help me in this and take immediate action.

I placed an order for a jersey on TalkFootball.in on November 3rd, 2023 (Order No: 183727). The order status was updated to ‘dispatched’ on December 15th, 2023, but I have not received the product yet.

Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service via phone and email, I have not received any valid response. The phone calls were consistently declined, and the emails returned as invalid. This lack of communication and service is highly unprofessional and frustrating.

I had asked for a refund due to the non-delivery of the product, and was assured that it would be processed. However, there has been no follow-up or proper communication regarding this matter.

I kindly request the forum to look into this matter urgently and help me get a resolution. I would appreciate either a prompt delivery of my order or a full refund.

I've placed an order from this website and money has already been debited from my account but it's showing payment failed in the website and I've been trying to connect with the customer services and it's working at all not responding.

Not got the order. Such a fake website...

I recently paid ₹1497.00 to talkfootball.in to buy a football jersey. Once the payment was confirmed, talkfootball hasn’t responded at all. No product has been delivered to me. Their WhatsApp number is unresponsive as no one responds on it. The email ID provided on their website is fake as emails bounce back.

This a FAKE AND FRAUD website and no one should buy from it at all.

I ordered jerseys worth 2.3k. never received them. no communication from their side. no refund. nothing. there has been other cases too. this website needs to shut down for good before more people get scammed.

I ordered a jersey from this TalkFootball.in site on 30.13.2022 and even paid online but never received any kind o[censored]pdate after and it’s just showing as ‘processing’ from my account on the site. I called their customer service number but there was no answer.
Waited and today I checked about the site and found out that many complaints have been raised before too.
Seems like they’ve been doing this time and again and get away with it. Serious actions should be taken .
