We are ok if any charge is levied on replacement of material but why visitation charges, what about your service then :
1.Why my money or account balance is getting deducted when I am unable to use your service.
2.When you are deducting my money without usage, why can't you send your technician to check what is wrong without a visitation fee?
3.Why this one way and unfair policy...

I have already submitted 3 complaints reg activation of binge zee5 starter by Tata play on 04/08/22.and deducted rs59 from my channels subbscription account which they are not supposed to without my permiseion/ approval.
I am still awaiting refund of the amount and deactivation zee 5 starter by Tata plzy.
This is my 4th reminder.
Pl do the needful
