Had taken 150mbps Annual Plan paying Rs.11, 328 in Oct 2020 cosnisdering work from home and pandemic situation with senior citizen parents at home as well. My broadband was installed on 21st February 2021 and from the first day it is not working as expected. I have raised many complains but it is still not resolved.
They have collected Rs.5, 310.00 for 6 months 100 MBPS plan and once I asked for the refund they denied. They always told that they will resolve the issue but it was never resolved.
I am not able to work as there is frequent disconnection.
I think there is nobody...
