Sab channel programs relay is horribly poor,

We watch Madam Sir replay every evening at 10 PM (channel 132). But the relay so poor that we can't see the program at all. Only smudges of colours appear in the screen. The wealth is clear in summer still the relay is horrible. Sometimes it gets clear but with a few seconds again the smudged colours appear.
Please set it right.

Made payment for recharge. Did not get acknowledged, did not get recharged.

Customer care told me to contact Amazon (UPI payment done through Amazon) But of course, if the payment has been successful, it should be Tata Sky looking into it.

Disappointing!!...
