I have booked accommodation on dt.28.07.2021 and paid Rs.3, 400/- ( Rs.1700 room rent and Rs.1700 caution deposit) I have allotted room and occupied and vacated next day. When I asked to the reception about the caution deposit refund. He said that the caution deposit will be refunded directly to your account within a week. But till I have not received caution deposit refund. Hence I request you kindly file a complaint against TTD for issue...
