Salary not received

I Had worked at this company as a sales representative of swaraj tractor service book with the managing director of the company (TDM Infocom pvt. ltd.) .
worked from march 2022 to may 2022 but they had fraud me about salary
they had given the cheque of the company but there was no money at company account .
when i tried to reach them by calling they told that salary will be done within one month but there is no reply now.
please help me to get my salary i have an evidence of cheque and photos of the workplace and colleages also .
