I want to return my product but there is no response by #the Roy new website....

I've ordered the saree Rs.1599 but the quality is worst than expected so i wanted to return the product but they are not replying to the email or messages I've been sending to their Instagram page which called 'aarya nari'...even the number given by them is fake...i thought I should review the product on the website but I couldn't do it...i thing the page is fake...

The product which I have ordered was received today. The quality of the saree was not up to the expectations. We wanted to return the product. We tried to contact with The Roy New customer support but they were not answering the calls.And we raised a complaint to [protected]@theroy.in...

We sent a message regarding product return as the quality of the product was not up to the expectations. So we want to return the product but we haven't received any updates. We tried contacting the roy new customer service but they are not responding. Please slove the issue as soon as possible and update the return request status. Hoping for the response.
