We opted for the deluxe package paying 20, 000 rupees per person for a 6 day 5 night stay at Amritsar, Dharamshala and Dalhousie. The hotel at Amritsar was extremely small and we requested a change and the obliged. Turns out the dharamshala one was really really small and sub standard as well. I booked a refundable reservation through thrilophilia which is done through third party. Initial booking was from 28Jan for two days which was rescheduled to 05-06 Mar due to last minute duties for Republic day celebrations being an armed forces personnel.
