I am paid for the tngasa admission it is successfully paid but it's not worked...

Im successfully make a payment of 600 rs through google pay in tngasa govt college admission portal. my amount is debited and portal is loading long time when im open the portal. im not received any payment receipt and the tngasa portal shows your payment is pending. plaese hep me to get my amount back or update the portal to receive payment....
