I was intentionally suspended from TPCODL (formerly CESU) without any fault. I filed a case against TPCODL and I got a degree from Odisha High Court in 2017. But the office didn't obey the degree and dishonored it and never did any settlement according to Odisha High Court's judgement. Finally I got retired in year 2021 without getting any retirement benefits, allowances, salary, and deprived of all of these because of how TPCODL disobeyed Odisha High Court's degree. I want an immediate settlement of all my payments and compensation from TPCODL immediately without any delay. It is already too late since my retirement. It's been already more than 2-3 years. The higher authorities of TPCODL are misbehaving, not listening and still dishonoring the degree of Odisha High Court. Please treat the matter urgently and take immediate actions as needed against TPCODL.

Power failures on a regular basis for long durations. Customer care doesn't respond.

I'm Debendra Behera and I made a payment for a new electricity connection of amount 4296.00/-.The Payment was successful. Your team confirmed the transaction was successful.After a few days application reject.Then Cancellation of my application last Five Month. do not refund the amount my accounts.Plz solve my problem as soon as possible and attach with Payment Receipt.

In https://portal.tpcentralodisha.com:8079/ConsumerPortal/payment_gateway_qp_m.jsp almost every time the billing amount exceeds than the bill served by meter reader. This does not happen only with a particular consumer no but with other no.s too. I can share the screen shots. This has been happening for last 6 months or so but may not be every month. In Apr2022 I paid extra 1/- assuming it as a one time error. But in June, July and Sep too this issue persists,

I am using electricity supply form Tata Power Central Odisha Distribution Limited. I have paid all bill and I have no due till date, even I paid all bill before due date every time.
But today 26-Jul-22 @ 18:30hrs, TPCODL person cut my electricity without informing us or any intimation to us.

Currently I have no power in my house, this is very poor and bad response from TPCODL customer care. I call to their customer care but there is no one came to fix the issue.

Worst service from TPCODL.

Please take action on him.

I live in Baghamara, Talcher. TPCODL provides electricity at this place and they are not upgrading the transformer but the load keeps on increasing as a result voltage fluctuation occurs and there’s heavy drop in voltage which shortens the life of appliances such as AC and refrigerators. My Ac and stabilisers got fused twice past week. Either the company should compensate for my suffering or get permanently banned. We always reach out to TPCODL for help but what we get is excuses.
