Unfair Pricing Practices and Request for Refund

I hope this message reaches you promptly. I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply unsatisfactory experience I recently had with your laundry services, particularly concerning wash and fold pricing.
Also, to add previously I was living near Acropolis Mall and recharged Rs 2000 for Tumbledry as to get 10% on all orders but later my location changed to New Alipore and so when I ordered for Tumbledry Wash and fold and they delivered they charged me extra saying my recharge amount is only for Southern Avenue Store and not for New Alipore store. What kind of games do you play with your customers? Such outrageous deceit. At least have some fear of God and bad karma. At least you need to tell your customers all these before taking their money into your pocket like a hungry Zamindar.
Last month, I availed myself of Tumbledry's wash and fold service at the rate of Rs 70/kg, a rate that was clearly communicated and agreed upon. To my surprise and dismay, when I placed a similar order recently, I discovered an exorbitant increase in the pricing, now standing at Rs 100/kg. This represents a significant and unjustified hike of nearly 43%, and I find this lack of transparency and communication completely unacceptable.
Adding to my frustration, when settling the bill for my wash and fold service, I was informed by the Southern Avenue manager that my Tumbledry wallet had insufficient funds. In order to proceed with the transaction, I was pressured into an immediate recharge of Rs. 2000. Subsequent to this, upon scrutinizing the bill, I was appalled to find the Rs 100/kg charge, a detail that was conveniently omitted during the recharge request.
This situation has left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of as a loyal customer. It is disheartening to discover such a lack of honesty and transparency in Tumbledry's dealings. As a customer, I believe it is my right to be informed of any changes in pricing, especially when they are as substantial as the one I have experienced.
I kindly request an immediate refund of the Rs 2000 that I was coerced into recharging, considering the circumstances surrounding this transaction. Furthermore, I urge Tumbledry to honor the initially agreed-upon rate of Rs 70/kg for my wash and fold service, as promised.
Maintaining the trust and confidence of your customers should be of paramount importance to Tumbledry. Deceptive practices such as these tarnish the reputation of your brand and erode the trust that customers place in your services. I trust that you will investigate this matter promptly, take corrective action, and ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future.

Destroyed my saree

I have given my chiffon saree for dry cleaning in tumble dry but what I got was my expensive saree has been ruined.The colour had fadded and patches was all over. After refusing to take they said sorry and asked me to receive the saree they will refund the cost of my saree but after that they stopped picking my phone too. Very disappointed.

Dry Clean Services
On 4Th September 2022 I availed dry cleaning service of a carpet from Tumble dry Tollygunge unit. On 30th September 2022, they delivered the carpet in a sealed plastic wrap at doorstep. But soon after delivery and payment I found that there are still some dirt patches in the carpet and immediately I informed the matter to the vendor. He promptly assured for rewash the same after puja. After numerous follow ups, they now refuse to rewash the same. Now, I found found that the whole carpet badly got fungus patches and begin to rot. They neither wash the carpet nor did ant dry clean service. They simply cheat me. Thus they are making business and defraud the customers.

Wasted my cloths

Hi I have given my cloths for clean and ironing.in that one of my favorite shirt was damaged and color patches came. When i try to contact there is no response and customer care they disconnecting the calls without proper intimation or response. Very worst behavior and company.

My name is deepali and my no is [protected]...ur services are so pathetic ur customer service doesn't know how to speak they disconnect the call and lie that call back from manager has been arranged ...I nvr got cl bk...ur store manager hiral pancholi is so rude...pls look into this...its so frustrating as m not getting any help...I sent msg to ceo as well...they also ruined my white clothed...

Damaged Product

Tumble Dry Paikpara, damaged my two products one jacket and one top. Both are winter garments. They have spoiled the product in first wash, post complain, they tried to re-wash and this time the original color did note return on top of it the fabric got damaged.
When asked for a solution they are denying the pay my original cost for product, but will pay only the amount * 10 times of the washing charge and that too in wallet and forcing me to give them more items to get damaged.
