I bought a packet o[censored]nibic chocolate chip cookies and there's a hair in one of the cookies.

Its all started like this, Few days ago i purchased Unibic Choco biscuits 500gm X 2 (Lot no 068 07 36 l5 sp3 ch )in my next amazon grocery order. But I am miserably disappointed with the cookie Quality. It's hard, not crispy at all.I think the whole lot is not baked properly.
i have attached the picture of cookies as well as Pack. (Lot no. is visible). Their is considerable difference between the crisp.Even a common man like me can easily figer it out that the cookies are way more hard then any other cookies. They are so tought to bite, not editable.I still have those packets lying with me, Hope you understand the my concern and will act positively on it.
