I booked ticket with PNR no.[152F[protected]] on 8/09/2023 also payment is successful with UPI transaction ID[[protected]] but ticket booking is failed for the above PNR no. provided by me...pls check for refund of Rs1083.60

Sir,
I am traveling in uttrakhand roadways from kotdwar to ramnagar on 29 jun 23. Bus stops at Singh Dhaba which is authorised by UTC. When i try to purchase colddrink and other things i found they are asking extra charge on MPR. 25 RS bottle they are selling in 30 RS. Most of authorised dhaba taking extra charge on MRP as i am frequently traveling with UTC.
