I am a paid subscriber of VROTT App. Few days after subscription, I am unable to download any content from VROTT app using wifi or Jio mobile data. Other apps such as Mx Player, Jio Movies, Hot Star are working smoothly and I am able to download content using the same wifi and Jio Mobile data, on the same mobile phone.
