I order a projector and pay for the merchandise but still not getting any information on the good and there's no emails regarding my order place...

I ordered a chapel from https://vaibhavcreation.com/ and paid the amount. Neither I received the product nor Order ID & any reply to my emails. They are simply blank but received my money. Phone number is not reaching/available....

Iam ordered some materials in that website in 8th aug 2022 & amount paid by upi but still i get no respone from that site.so please take a neccessary action to this website company.please find attached some files...
