Fraud company. Purchased membership worth rs 100000 payment. No service. Just fraud...

I have availed membership in lockdown 2021 for 3 years.
The sales executive have provided every term on call and had received a membership confirmation mail.
Now, in 2022 when i tried to book holidays, they came up with all conditions. They have given memberships blindly and now they do not have any sufficient properties to provide to their members.
